In the summer of 2023, the right opportunity came along, and I walked away from a comfortable corporate career. I had a title, a team, and a steady paycheck, but what I didn't have was true passion for what I was building.

So I stopped building it.

For months I lived with the question every person who leaves a stable career has to answer: what now? I knew three things about myself — I love golf, I love design, and I've always been drawn to brands that feel like they were made by someone who actually cares. Somewhere in the overlap of those three things, Irons & Ink came to life.

The name says it all. Irons — the tools, the tradition, the grind of the game. Ink — the creativity, the craft, the permanent mark I want to leave on golf culture. Put them together and you get a brand that honors the rich traditions of golf while pushing the boundaries of its style.

I started with a simple premise: every state has a golf identity worth celebrating. The Swing State Collection captures the bold, unapologetic spirit of each state. The Fifty Club reimagines what a private club in every corner of America might look like — understated, specific, and built for people who know the difference.
