Bespoke & Made-to-Order

At Irons & Ink, every product is unique and produced specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or color variations (please note that actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your monitor).

The Quality Promise

While we do not accept returns for sizing, we stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

How to Report an Issue

Please inspect your order upon arrival. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. To start a claim:

  1. Contact us at ironsandinkcustomerservice@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order Number.
  3. Attach a clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item.

You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us. Once we verify the issue via photo, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a replacement is not possible and a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
